The police department investigating this case has identified R&B sensation Rihanna as the victim of the early Sunday morning attack. Rihanna has also cancelled her 21st birthday celebration in New York, and a show in Malaysia. Milk also on Tuesday ended their advertising campaign with Chris Brown due to the allegations, at press time Chris' picture was taken down from the Milk website, Rihanna's still is there.

Teenage heartthrob and R&B singer Chris Brown surrendered himself to police Sunday on charges of felony criminal threats, he’s out on bail with on a $50,000 bail. On top of this, police have stated more charges may be filed on an investigation of domestic battery.

As TMZ and Access Hollywood first reported, Chris Brown reportedly got into an argument with a female passenger, this escalated with both parties exiting the car. At this point the man, identified as Chris Brown, struck and bit a lady, who has not yet been identified. Reports from all over state it was R&B sensation Rihanna.

Both Rihanna and Chris Brown were nominated for Grammy’s this year, with both scheduled to perform. Both artists were a no show Sunday, and before the show got underway, the academy announced that the two would not be present.

Monday, Wrigley announced that is was suspending all ad campaigns featuring Chris Brown. As more information is gathered, we will let you know.
