Meet the Staff


Drew Zambrano - Founder/Owner

Born, Bred, Moved To: Born in Evanston, IL, moved to Tampa, FL, then to Orlando, FL, then back to Tampa.

Why I'm here:  After being on both sides of the entertainment industry, I wanted to bring the fans a more in depth look into their favorite things.

Education:  Associates of Science in Recording Arts as well as my Bachelors of Science in Entertainment Business from Full Sail University.

Music that changed my life:  Tupac, Smashing Pumpkins, Biggie, Jimi Hendrix, Eminem, Dr Dre, Snoop, Korn, actually, look at my CD collection, it has all influenced me.

Watching:  NCIS, 24, Da Bears, Da Cubs, UFC, XFC,

Why the entertainment industry:  Since I was little, entertainment was always a source of enjoyment for me. From listening to my first song, to watching my first movie, to going to my first concert, it has all affected me in a huge way. Music has always been a huge part of my life, and I choose that as a career. In doing that I am now able to bring what I do to the public.


Ashley Redding - Human Resources

Born, Bred, Moved to: I have Lived in Tampa all my life. I'm not opposed to leaving.

Why I'm here: To keep everyone in line, and keep Drew from going crazy.

Education: Everyone should have one. An education is very important.

Extracurricular: I very much love to be at home, with my husband and close friends just hanging out. Don't get me wrong I love going out to a fight or a good concert. I love the movies, and I really like to find new restaurants.

Music that changed my life: Pink Floyd, Oasis "Champagne Supernova", Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden "Black Hole Sun", SaGoh 24/7, Underoath, Temple of the Dog "Say Hello to Heaven", Frente..... I could go on for a long time with this.

Watching: Heroes, XFC, Cops, Wipeout, Cash Cab

Why the music industry: I love the music industry because it is in some way tied into every other industry. You can't get around it. You have to have music to make anything spectacular!


Kyle Redding - Director of Technology

Born, Bred, Moved to: Born in Tampa, always been here

Why I'm here: Drew needed someone tech savy to help with the technical side of the company

Education: Make sure to get your high school diploma, but self education can teach you more then school.

Extracurricular: I play the drums, enjoy building custom guitar cabinets, messing with acoustic properties, and spending time with my wife and children.

Music that changed my life: Early Green Day, Smashing Pumpkins, Pink Floyd, Mozart.

Watching: Heroes, How it's Made, Cops, Wipeout, Cash Cab, Mythbusters.

Why the music industry: Because I love music, how it effects you, and how it’s in your everyday life constantly!


Leon Youngblood - Director of Urban Music & National Advertising

Born, Bred, Moved To: North Newark Projects A.K.A. “Brick City”, Newark, New Jersey, moved to California where I currently live with my beautiful wife Ginger. 

Why I'm here: Get In Magazine is one of the best opportunities ever, and I would never pass up a chance to work with Drew, Kyle, Ashley, and the great staff.  I also work as an independent talent scout for labels such as Atlantic Records, Columbia Records, Jive Records, Sony Music, and J Records among others. I specialize in finding the best talent in the world and that is what I bring to Get In Magazine. I’ve built a very solid relationship within the music business, and they always are open to my submissions and advice.

Education: I graduated from Barringer High School in Newark, New Jersey. I have taken over 75 college courses in sales and marketing and was a top marketing manager for 16 years with SBC, a top Fortune 500 company.

Music that changed my life: Linkin Park, System of a Down, Joe, Jay Z, The Jackson 5, Biggie Smalls, and it goes on and on.

Watching: New York Jets, Anything with Dave Chappelle, ESPN, MAD TV, and SNL. Behind the Music, Where are they now? VH1.

Why the music industry:  I've been in the music industry for over 13 years, managed an awesome metal band, I like alternative rock, country, I listen to everything urban, R&B, Rap, Hip Hop, and Jazz. I have worked for some of the biggest names in the industry so my musical background is super diverse.
